When we first arrived in Nepal and I saw these water buffalo leather bags, I knew I had to have them! I was completely intrigued, I'd never seen anything like them. I spent the remainder of my time in Nepal with an eye always pealed for the leather bags. I tried, without success, to find and get to the actual source. Finding the source of a product is usually a great adventure, often challenging and irritating as sometimes it's simply impossible.

These bags are beautiful! I sold one to an older woman who intended to give it to her grandson for becoming an Eagle Scout. How appropriate, I thought. The style is simple, the construction is sturdy, and the seams are solid.
