Because cows are sacred in Nepal (and that's another whole story), the meat Nepalis eat is primarily water buffalo. Hence, the hide is a by product of meat production. Preparing the hide is a lengthy process, done completely by hand, using all local, natural, and organic materials. Then, they're designed and crafted by hand.

Okay, so this is the "big daddy" of the water buffalo shopping bags. As I think everybody needs all three, not just 1 or 2, I've made that an option as well (The Water Buffalo Shopping Bag Trio...A must!). So, the large shopping bag is the same simple, appealing design with the fat leather stitches up the center (front and back) and a bit of the same stitching on either side. This has the same fun leather toggle and loop for closure and comfortably long handles.

USAGE
As I've decided it's a rule, the bigger the bag, the bigger the list of uses. Geeze, take it to the park for a picnic, pack stuff in it for camping, depending on how hard you study or work... a school/work bag, a beach bag, a diaper bag, and most definitely a great shopping bag for market day.
